STRUGGLES : Ambivalent in nature
India … the country have always had a very intimate relationship with struggles , and the people from this landmass often tend to romanticize struggle as well, as this word kind of ignites the feeling of fraternity and camaraderie against any sort of tyranny , an individual might try to think of . From the day to day struggles of a very standard citizen of this country to the political struggles , population of this country has been doing its every bit , for a very burgeoning future , but what to do if the ruling party or the “elected government ” sabotages this very anticipated dream of the Indian citizenry . 26th Jan 2021, people are going to remember this ominous date for a very long while now for all the obvious and off putting reasons , but are we going to blame a certain party(or front ) for that unfortunate affair that we all witnessed ? khair.
It was mutually decided between the Delhi police and the farmer leaders and the various fronts associated with this farmer’s protest (which is still going on since the last 2 months) that there is going to be a tractor rally on 26th of Jan 2021 . But the promise of a sophisticated march went totally berserk and some of the farmers (farmers ,actor, politician , propagandists, khalistaanis mainstream media still seems to be a bit perplexed about the whole incident )even laid seize to the “Red fort ” . They insulted the national flag as well and humiliated the Indian sovereignty as this was claimed by the very acclaimed and very celebrated tv media of this country . While various farmer leaders are saying something else , since that very day on which that infelicitous incident occurred , that it was no one but Delhi police who gave birth to that thread of violence. People on Twitter and every other social media platform are being typical of the government and its brutal ways as well which seems entirely contradictory to what tv media has been asserting , as a farmer was also assassinated by the murdering hands of Delhi police(it’s kinda important to use words like “assassinated”, because since last February , Delhi has seen a very different and very vicious side of this “protective and nurturing” police force of ours, hope you all remember the previous motto of this reputable organization “with you, for you , always ”, but now , this revered organization always seems to be acting up like an assassin , whenever the man who heads this organization says the word , khair kharbooze ko dekh kar kharbooza rang badalta hai). Many intricacies are there to be taken into the consideration , many nuances as well , and it would actually seem like an inappropriate thing to find faults with a single party . But a confronting dialogue would do enough for this miserably dying democracy of India and would also do a justice with the struggles of this country’s farmers and this country’s citizens.
Just a few days ago the prime minister of India released a statement which said that it was truly distressing to see our national flag being insulted , which must have dishearten the “true nationalists” of this country , but why this great leader of this country hasn’t addressed the 60 plus deaths of the citizens who died while protesting at the Delhi borders . Should the people of this country start perceiving him as a vote mongering bigot to make him notice all the problems , a very conventional citizen might be going through ? This question might seem like a very relevant one, because the way this government that he leads, with the flamboyance or charisma that he has , tried to enact these new farm laws , it does creates an impression that this government doesn’t pay any heed to people’s dilemmas.
The way this whole protest is being handled by Indian government it must remind every man, woman or child from this landmass of the “great” colonial era. Since 1947 , India has come a very long way , but the whole story seems to be the same , the progressive thoughts are constantly being betrayed by the mere existence of RSS and its subordinating organizations (of course to be independent , was indeed the most crucial requirement and yearning of our people at that time , and most of you are not aware of the fact this respected and eminent organization , RSS once persuaded the British rule to not give us the most awaited , craved and desired independence of ours ) and today BJP which has close ideological relationships with RSS is doing the same , by trying to suppress the voice of the farmers or the people of this nation, as today in India some people have already said that they have started feeling that they are not independent anymore (truly pains me to say something this horrible ).
Most of the people today are questioning the legitimacy of this protest or this movement (as a matter of fact, words actually are the most lethal weapons of all, and movement , this word might give a nice ring to this determining and deciding protest )after the whole matter escalated and became violent. People used to protest under British rule as well and many protests have gone violent at that time as well(really don’t mean to justify the heinous act of violence , because violence is never going to be the solution for any sort of problem , but what to do against a tyranny , this still seems to be a very controversial conundrum of all times , quite conflicting in nature as well, ) , but nobody ever questioned those protests(this might seem totally absurd but , there was a time when the decision of partitioning Bengal gave rise to some revolutionary radical groups , and a number of phases of 1942’s quite India movement went on to become violent , and even the Mahatama argued “that under certain conditions the use of violence would not injure the national cause, however much he might prefer a different form of service”) , because the whole country had an intent to get the brits out of our motherland , as at the end of the day , government, the ruling party , its benefits , its treachery, its allegiance and its pride really doesn’t matter , it’s about the life of the people , who live on that landmass and it has always been about the same (the whole existence of modiji or his acquaintances barely matters , because it’s our collective STRUGGLE, which keeps the dream of “swaraj ” alive , “khud khaddha khod k paaani peena padta , wo kya jaane hamari mashaqaton k baare me”). But now it seems like the people of this country are divided , because the false teachings of RSS are now paying off handsomely , to RSS obviously . KHAIR it’s very depressing to know that the people of this country don’t want to support a class formed within themselves .
Country’s government seems to be on the backfoot now and the way Delhi police has barricaded the Delhi borders on the command of the central government , is totally inspirational for our military as well , they should take lessons from Delhi police on how to put up a fight against the Chinese and the Pakistani forces (it’s just a sarcasm , because jokes do seem to make a mockery or contempt of all the government organizations today, Kunal Kamra has made it quite clear ), Internet facilities have been banned by the government on the protest sites , to misdirect the whole course of this life changing protest .But are the people of this country going to abandon this true movement ?are the people of this county going to forget their struggles ? I hope you all still remember that Dilip kumar’s song which goes like “saathi haat badhana ek akela thak jaayega mil kar bhojh uhtaana…….. ”, because we all are supposed to show solidarity with our protesting citizens who are getting exploited by our government perpetually . khair solidarity …. all the celebrated people of this country have also shown their solidarity with our government in all sorts of indirect or direct ways against Rihanna’s tweet which must have drawn the attention of the whole world towards this never ending struggle or protest and Bharat Ratna Sachin Tendulkar was one among those people too, a sad day for all the citizens who still advocate for this wounded democracy . Seems like our struggles are not going to end anytime soon …… but hey Dilijit has released a new song “RIRI” in Rihanna’s honor as he tried to appreciate her for her efforts .
